- How does billing work?
- Card billing through Stripe, priced per agent per month. Seats follow your team automatically - add an agent and a prorated seat is added, remove one and it's credited.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes - every workspace starts with a 7-day free trial of everything, no card required. Subscribe any time during or after the trial; your data is untouched either way.
- How is per-agent pricing counted?
- Only agents who work tickets count. Requesters and customer portal users are free, however many you have.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes - tickets, people, and assets export as CSV at any time, and full workspace backups are built in. Your data is yours.
- Can I bring my own domain for the portal?
- Yes - point your own domain (support.yourcompany.com) at your portal from settings, with guided DNS setup. Custom email sending domains work the same way.
