Dark mode
- Dark mode. follows your system by default, with a manual switch at the bottom of the sidebar (Auto / Light / Dark). Your customer portal stays exactly as you branded it.
- Reports grew up. 12-month trend lines for SLA attainment, satisfaction, resolve speed and time-in-waiting; live SLA breach and aging-ticket lists; and a printable per-client service report to send with the invoice.
